We offer exclusive hire of our function space for Celebrations of Life. Exclusive Hire includes use of our hall and patio area, BBQ, kitchen and bar facilities. We allocate 4 hours for celebrations of life with the option to extend subject to availability.

Hall Hire

The hall has a capacity for a maximum of 200 people for a cocktail style function or 100 people for a seated function. We have both round and rectangular trestle tables available for your desired arrangement. The hall has a dance floor, corner stage, projector and TV. Out on the patio in front of the stunning views there’s seating for 50 people.

Kitchen Hire

The Club has a fully equipped kitchen. Functions are welcome to organise their own caterers or self-cater. Crockery and cutlery for up to 100 people is included. If you choose to use the kitchen it must be left clean, as found.

BBQ Hire

Hire one of our BBQs situated on the undercover patio. The bar can provide you with BBQ utensils, kitchen towel, oil and cleaning supplies. BBQs must be left clean, as found.

Pre-Function Time

Our team provide set-up for the basic table arrangements as well as our tablecloths and chair covers, if hired. If you would like more time to decorate within club hours, arrangements can be made subject to availability.

Add ons

Tea and Coffee Station

Hire of our self-service coffee machine. Tea, coffee beans, milk and sugar included.

Tablecloths and Chair Covers

Tablecloths are available in black or white linen for both our round and rectangular trestle tables. White chair covers are available for up to 50 chairs.

Drinks &

Bar Tabs

 

The Mosman Park Bowling Club is a fully licensed venue. Therefore, all drinks must be purchased from the Bar, including soft drinks. BYO is not permitted.

Drinks can be purchased on a “Bar Tab”- on account, payable at the conclusion of the function by either Visa, Mastercard, or by cash. The Club does not send out accounts after the function. Note: With a “Bar Tab”, it is compulsory to provide a mid-strength and light beer.

The club does not provide drink packages. You are welcome to organise a bar tab with specifications or create a personalised drinks list using our selection.
