We can host small groups under our non-exclusive option through to larger bookings with exclusive use of our entire venue, such as corporate functions or celebrations. 

EXCLUSIVE HIRE 

The exclusive hire of the club ensures that you have exclusive use of the function space both inside and out.

What’s Included:

KITCHEN HIRE
The Club provides a fully equipped kitchen. Functions are welcome to organise their own caterers, self-cater or have food delivered to the Club.

BBQ HIRE
The function space has two BBQs out on the Patio. BBQ sets are provided by the bar which includes oil, cooking utensils and cleaning supplies.

MUSIC SYSTEM
You can plug your device into the MUSIC system and play the music/playlist of your choice.

NON-EXCLUSIVE HIRE

Non-Exclusive Hire of the club is designed for smaller groups who don’t require a large private space.

What’s Included:

GREEN/BOWLS HIRE
One green has six lanes. Eight people are assigned to a lane. The Club will assign enough lanes for everyone in your function group to bowl.

Optional Add Ons

KITCHEN – $50 The Club provides a fully equipped kitchen. Functions are welcome to organise their own caterers, self-cater or have food delivered to the Club. The kitchen must be left clean, as found, with the bins emptied. if the kitchen is left unclean a $50 fee will incur.

BBQ HIRE – $25 EACH
The function space has two BBQs out on the Patio. BBQ sets are provided by the bar which includes oil, cooking utensils and cleaning supplies. These are to be returned to the bar at the end of your function. BBQs must be left clean, or a $50 fee will incur.

BOWLS INSTRUCTOR – $50
A bowls instructor to show you how to bowl at the beginning of your function. This is a 15- minute instruction to get you started and scoring if you chose to play a game. If you would like to play competition, please let the office know when booking.

Shared use of our hall and patio space. The patio in front of your bowls lane.

GREEN/BOWLS HIRE

A max of 10 people can be on 1 lane.
